charleston, sc bachelorette party guide
One year ago, I planned my best friend's bachelorette to Charleston, SC & it was the best weekend ever! I absolutely fell in love with the city of Charleston and cannot wait to go back.

Because I am so type A, I spent a lot of time mapping out & researching restaurants, activities, & more so that you don't have to ;) Below I've copied over the exact itinerary from the weekend I planned as well as other top recommendations for your bach weekend!
note: we stayed in Folly Beach which is more of a casual atmosphere but super cute. However, it was about a 30 ish minute ride downtown. We were steps from the beach in a cute quiet town being in Folly, but all of the good bars & restaurants are downtown.

Takeaways
While we absolutely loved everything that we did during the weekend, I may have jam-packed a few too many activities with not a lot of downtime! Here are some things I would have done differently:
get an airbnb closer to downtown / king street (but you need to book FAR in advance) & with a pool if going in the summer!
schedule downtime on the itinerary to hang at the airbnb / hotel & relax so people don't get too exhausted
if you're going to walk around downtown CHS, wear comfy shoes!!! so many of the streets are cobblestone & heels do not work well with that, trust me.
try to plan things in which you can avoid going back & forth from downtown to airbnb if you are not super close / have a big group
there is so much to do...definitely try to get there thursday morning if you can
try all of the shrimp & grits, fried green tomatoes, and sweet tea!
